Dr. Leiba is an accomplished leader who currently serves as Dean for the School of Health Sciences at Miami Dade College (MDC) where he implemented numerous allied health programs to meet workforce needs. Before being named Dean for the School of Health Sciences Dr. Leiba served as Chairperson and Associate Professor in the School of Health Sciences.
