Felicia Cephus Turnley is the Chief Operating Officer at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, FL.  In this capacity, she assists with the facility’s day-to-day operations, working directly with leaders to maintain quality, safety, and service excellence for the patients served. As an administrative team member, she assists in strategic planning to achieve the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives.  Ms. Turnley is a member of the Broward County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and Mt. Hermon A.M.E. Church in Ft. Lauderdale.

Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Berea College, Berea, KY, and a Master of Science in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. 

Ms. Turnley enjoys time with friends and family, especially her two beautiful daughters, Alexandria (28) and Ariel (23).
